Darlene found me by way of mail; she had a client that wanted to buy in my neighborhood. For fun, I gave her a call to see if she really had a buyer, but I was also in the market and was in need of representation. I had been ghosted by KB Homes for 6 months (even after submitting all of my financials and are pre-approved by my lender). To say that I have been feeling frustrated with how quickly I'm being priced out of the Bay, the only place I call home, would be an understatement. After discussing my values and what's important to me, Darlene showed me the property I would soon be calling "home." Despite the price tag, I kept going back to it. Everyone on her team has been incredibly helpful as well, especially when my previous lender and home insurance company decided to drop the ball in such a critical time-sensitive moment. Not only is she fun to work with, but her professionalism and calm demeanor in a would-be stressful time made the home-buying process that much smoother. Did I mention that we listed my first home and accepted an offer within 5 days above asking?! I will definitely continue referring and using Darlene and team. They are pretty EPIC!!
