Nicole has always been determined and energized by her passion for Real Estate, sales, and people, and began her dream of becoming a Real Estate Agent in 2010. Immediately after starting her career path, Nicole was able to engage with an asset management account with a major institution bank and "cut her teeth" on REO sales. This segued into the short sale business and early on in her career, she experienced the ever-changing marketplace which would carry her to her success today.

 

In 2015 Nicole started to work with private investors for fix-and-flip properties and acquired several types of investors she worked with on an ongoing basis. This facet allowed her to dive into design work and the facilitating of the remodeling process, thus becoming the project manager behind a lot of her past closed sales.

 

Nicole entered into the Real Estate business for her genuine appreciation of what a home symbolizes, and what a luxury and privilege it is to own one. Nicole decided she wanted to be the personal representation behind the process - priding herself on client satisfaction and building lifelong relationships.
